Please find attached my best synthesis of what was said at the
telecon regarding the port plan. Instruments about which there is
some debate and uncertainty are in parens. I agree with Ian that is
is dangerous peer too far into the future, but still include a 2012A
to indicate what the asymptotic configures might be.

A few notes from the meeting:

- The SAC and user community in general are owed a report on
the outcome of the MMIRS first light run. ASz
to brief the SAC at the face to face.

- At the next face-to-face we should discuss preallocation of
f/5 time. ASz action.

-  ASz will canvass CfA f/5 team to determine how long Megacam
and MMIRS will stay at Magellan this visit.

- Mark P. has agreed to lead discussion of the future of MAGIC at the
face to face.

- Mark P. to lead discussion of future of LDSS3 at next face to face.

- Mario promises detailed briefing at next facr to face.

- Alan U. will engage PISCO team and prepare brief for next face to face.
